Artist Trading Cards

I have always really liked the trading/sports card format for art...probabaly because it was my first experience with a designed, formated object...collecting baseball cards as a child, these objects were very precious to me...make small scale art now embodies this idea...this is a series of nine pieces built off of baseball cards and that format...these will be on exhibition from November to December 2010 at the Richmond Art Gallery, Richmond, BC, Canada!

My Little Monster Series

These ideas came about while working on my new book, not sure if they will ever manifest themselves into a children's book but they were fun to create! Here is an acrylic painting of one, much in the style of west coast art....This piece will be in an exhibition entitled "Smal World, Small Works 2010" at the Chico Art Center - Chico, California - November-December 2010!
